Mines in superposition
Each mine is spread across 2–3 nearby squares, each with its own probability. It has no definite position until you look.
- Numbers are expected values, the sum of probabilities of the 8 neighbors, e.g. 1.4. They update live as wavefunctions collapse.
- Step measures a square. With probability p the mine decides to be there and you lose. Otherwise it leaves that square and its probability shifts to its other squares.
- Detector (3 charges) measures safely. A mine found this way is pinned in place.
- Win when every safe square is open. Mines still in superposition are then observed automatically.
- Prize: the winner who holds the token receives the whole fees prize, paid in SOL.
